5. Shipping and Delivery
Our products are dispatched from global fulfillment centers.

Delivery Timelines: Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Non-Delivery: If an item is tracked as "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided by the customer, it is deemed fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
6. No Physical Returns Policy
To maintain operational efficiency, SHOPNQLIK does not accept physical returns. * All sales are final once the product has been shipped.

In the event of a damaged or incorrect item, resolutions are handled exclusively through our Order Resolution & Quality Policy via replacements or credits, provided valid evidence is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
7. Third-Party Links & Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as order tracking) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
8. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability.
